AIDA Taverna Plugin is Taverna plugin based on AIDA Search and Storage components, which helps Taverna users during workflow editing. Currently it provides search functionality for myExperiment workflows as well as knowledge resources contained in an RDF repository. It will soon allow users to annotate workflow components using concepts, classes and query results from the AIDA Thesaurus Browser.
Plugin Installation
- In Taverna 1.7.1 (Plugin Manager -> Find New Plugins -> Add Plugin Site)
In Taverna 2.0/2.1 (Advanced -> Software Updates -> Find New Plugins -> Add Plugin Site)
Enter the current repository URL “http://ws.adaptivedisclosure.org/mvn“, and add the plugin. - Restart Taverna after installing the plugin.
